Erin Jones is a Human Resource Business Partner at CSX Transportation, bringing nearly 15 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Throughout her career, Erin has held a series of progressive roles spanning Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Talent Management. Her broad expertise enables her to collaborate effectively with both business leaders and Centers of Expertise, providing strategic HR guidance that supports the needs of leaders and employees across CSX subsidiaries.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Erin is especially dedicated to supporting initiatives that address food insecurity. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an enthusiastic supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars, proudly cheering, "DUUUVAL!"
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
