Catharine Wells, CMD
As Marketing and Community Engagement Manager at Orange Park Mall, Catharine plays a key role in connecting the center with the surrounding community through strategic partnerships and a robust calendar of more than 100 annual events. Her role allows her to do what she loves most — bring people together and create opportunities that support, uplift, and celebrate the community. It is this people-first focus that fuels her passion for helping others and is a big part of why she loves what she does.
With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, Catharine’s background spans communications, retail, and community engagement. Before joining the shopping center industry, she owned a successful marketing consulting firm and taught marketing and business plan development at the California Small Business Development Center, where she earned her NxLevel Business Instructor certification.
Catharine has been part of the shopping center industry since 2001 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, holding a CMD designation. Over the years, she has worked with shopping centers across the country and currently calls Jacksonville, Florida, home.
